Durmitor National Park and Tara Canyon

Your cycling adventure starts the mountains of Durmitor which offer you a great and dramatic panorama, before you head downhill to the famous Tara bridge, which spans over the deepest canyon of Europe, the Tara Canyon. You follow the road right above the emerald green waters of Tara river, to Mojkovac. From here you are shuttled 20km to Kolasin to bridge the main road.

Included meals: Breakfast

Towards the Accursed mountains

Continue to cycle along Tara river and later on you start climbing to a pass at Komovi mountains. Continue to the town of Plav on the shores of lake Plav near the entrance gate to the National park “Prokljetije.”

Included meals: Breakfast

Into Albania

A fantastic cycling adventure takes you to the sleepy Albanian mountain villages and to the “ Balcony of Enver Hoxer." You cycle a road which was only very recently rebuilt and got a tarmarc surface and therefore now conveniently connects this beautiful mountainous part of Albania with the city of Shkodra.

Included meals: Breakfast

Lake Skadar

Return to Montenegro and cycle the southern shoreline of Lake Skadar. Explore a remote and very unique region – sleepy villages, ancient chestnut groves and monastery islands, a prison island and vineyards. Your cycling concludes in Rijeka Crnojevica, a former market place at the lake in Montenegro. Take a shuttle back to Cetinje where you will spend the night.

Included meals: Breakfast

Lovcen National Park, Tivat and the Bay of Kotor

You climb on the old road from Cetinje to Lovcen National park, which rises above the Bay of Kotor. In a next stage you will enjoy the ride down the Ladder of Kotor, arriving in Tivat. From there, continue on the shoreline towards Kotor.

Included meals: Breakfast

Bosnia & Hercegovina to Ston in Croatia

Cycle along former Yugoslavian railway track the “Ciro” to Croatia. You cross the border into Croatia and arrive in Ston. There you conclude your cycling adventure in the best possible way – with oysters and locally produced wine in Ston, the walled town before taking a shuttle back to Dubrovnik.

The absolutely incredible scenery and the very friendly and welcoming people of Montenegro and Albania. One of my favourite holidays ever. Everyone was so accommodating on our trip. The hotels we stayed in were very friendly and did their best to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

One of the best tours, it had everything. Stunning hikes during the day and then we could relax back at the hotel
and on the beaches, swimming and snorkeling. The whole team at 3e travel were amazing and they do all the
hard work for you (besides the hiking, but that makes the view so much more special). I can't recommend
3E enough, and we'll definitely use them again to explore the surrounding areas next time we get to
go back.

I am a regular cycle visitor to the Adriatic coast but had little knowledge of Montenegro. I found 3e on the internet and was glad I did. I told them our dates, number or riders and ability and they did the rest. They came up with an excellent itinerary, sorted accommodation and bikes and supported us on the ride. Without their local knowledge we could not have discovered the fantastic rides and places without 3e. Angelika was just fantastic. Hope to get back for some trail rides soon.

I cannot praise Angelika and the team at 3e highly enough. I wanted to organise a trip for 40 friends to Montenegro to celebrate my partner's 50th birthday. a friend recommended 3e. I contacted Angelika and explained our rather complicated requirements - with a combination of long hikes and adventure sports for some, relaxation for others, lots of culture and history, authentic experiences, good food and wine, hip locations and boutique accommodation, and all of it for not too high a budget! much to my amazement, she came back to me within 24 hours with a proposed itinerary which exactly matched our requirements - she immediately understood the style that our group was looking for, and after that we only made minor changes to the basic itinerary. From then on, everything about the organisation could not have been smoother - the communication back and forth was fast, the 3e team successfully greeted our guests arriving at 3 different airports on multiple different days, all of o...
